Dyberry Township - Agenda for Monthly Meeting

The meeting of Dyberry Township Supervisors will be held at the Township Building, 88 Upper Cross Road, Honesdale, PA, at 7:00 pm.

Officials to be present: Kevin McGinnis, Bruce Varcoe, Greg Reed, Debbie Varcoe and Clare Kerl

Kevin McGinnis, Chair, is to call the meeting to order and will lead with the Pledge of Allegiance.

​

The meeting minutes from the prior month will be read, and approved (with changes, if applicable) on a motion by a Supervisor, and second by another Supervisor, and passed.

CORRESPONDENCE:

A copy of the Treasurers' Report including the listing of Bills will be presented and reviewed by the Supervisors. Then the bills will be voted on for payment on a motion by a Supervisor, and a seconded by a different Supervisor. If two or more Supervisors vote for payment, the motion will be considered "passed".

Being no further business, the meeting will be adjourned on a motion by a Supervisor, and seconded by another Supervisor.
